5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Therapeutic Solutions OT, LLC does not guarantee any specific improvements in function, safety, pain, independence, or wellness outcomes.
6. Appointments, Cancellations & Payments
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments may result in fees. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified. The Company does not guarantee insurance reimbursement and is not responsible for denied claims.
7. License to Use the Website
We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any Website content without written permission.
