  • Shoulder support and taping to reduce pain, subluxation, and discomfort
  • Strategies to reduce muscle tightness to make movement and daily tasks easier

  • Trouble noticing one side of their environment after a stroke or injury (visual neglect)
  • Low vision or vision loss from macular degeneration or aging
  • Difficulty seeing contrast, reading text, or navigating unfamiliar spaces

  • Following safety rules after surgery or injury – like hip, heart (sternal), or spine precautions, while still getting daily tasks done
  • Orthotic fabrication and fitting (with a doctor’s order) to support the hand or arm, manage tightness, and maintain proper alignment
  • Recommendations for positioning devices designed to prevent contracture, reduce swelling, protect skin integrity, and support long-term limb health
  • Individualized balance training to improve stability, strength, and coordination
  • Customized home exercise programs to maintain progress between sessions
  • Personalized safety recommendations to stay safe during daily activities – including navigating stairs, uneven surfaces, and community environments

Frequently Asked Questions

How many sessions do I need?

It depends on your needs! Some clients benefit from 1-2 sessions focused on general home modifications, safety recommendations, or caregiver trainings, while others may require ongoing visits (weekly or biweekly) to address more specific concerns.

How Long is a Session?

A typical session lasts one hour, however adjustments can be made based on individual needs and the overall tolerance of each client

Where are you located?

Secure virtual services are offered nationwide, with optional in-person availability in New York City, NY and Honolulu, HI.
